MEET WITH MAIRA
MAIRA is one of the 50 sea nymphs, Nereids, daughters of Nereus the old man of the sea in the legends and mythology of Ancient Greece. Nereids were minor goddesses of nature, specifically the sea and oceans, who would help mariners who needed their help and were attendants and members of the retinue of Poseidon.
MAIRA Swimwear is an eco-conscious swimwear label which was born out of a passion for ocean, demands for expressing ourselves, our minds, bodies and spirits, dreaming for better futures, and create a simple life. That is why we choose MAIRA as our leader on our long journey to success.

FOUNDER'S NOTE
As a designer, I have always dreamt about creating a brand of combining high-quality with an eco-conscious, minimalist aesthetic. My love for the ocean leads me to start with a swimwear, and decided to follow up my dreams with creating my first collection in my mind. MAIRA is my inspiration, and the witness of how dreams may come true.
