If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can send your requests of return or exchange in 14 days after you have received your order. Please send such requests to along with your reason as well as name and surname, address and phone information. 

Your request process will be completed after we validate that following factors are met:

-All packaging items and if any with it’s accessories must be returned to us completely and without any damage.

-We also must consider health and hygiene factors, so product must be in original condition, unsoiled, unworn, unwashed and not damaged; hygiene stickers must be attached and all hang tags are in place. Unfortunately products that does not follow these conditions will be returned to our customer.

-Invoices must be sent along with the product. Please add your name, surname, address and contact info as well as reason for your request at the bottom of invoice with your signature.

-Please note that we are unable to offer refund on sale items. 

Once we have received your cargo we will get back to you in 2 working days.
